High Conflict Divorce Coaching

Emotional and Narcissistic Abuse Specialist

How It Works

While you may feel alone in your battle, I want you to know that you are not.

Support is available to help you navigate these challenges and regain control of your life.

Often, your normal support team (family an friends) aren’t able to give practical guidance and feedback for a High Conflict divorce.  Their focus is on what they consider fair to you, rather than the reality of the family court system and the obstacles you are truly dealing with.  I can help you determine how to best focus your efforts and come up with logical strategies to help you navigate this process.

Toxic individuals often use a combination of verbal abuse, gaslighting, coercive control, and intentional emotional harm to dominate their targets. Coercive control is a form of psychological manipulation that systematically dismantles your autonomy, isolates you from support systems, and undermines your ability to make independent decisions. Over time, these behaviors can erode your relationships, professional reputation, emotional and physical health, and your sense of self.

Divorce coaching is a powerful tool for those dealing with toxic relationships, especially when the other party employs high-conflict tactics. It helps you regain control, develop a clear strategy, and avoid costly delays in the divorce process.

Coercive Control Analysis

Coercive control is a pervasive and insidious form of abuse that can dominate relationships and extend well beyond divorce. It often leaves victims feeling trapped, silenced, and powerless. My specialized Coercive Control Analysis not only helps you identify and document these patterns but also crafts compelling narratives to present your evidence effectively. This ensures that your attorneys and legal representatives fully understand the impact of coercive control, allowing it to be recognized in legal proceedings.  This includes a full write up backed by your specific evidence.

Disclaimer:

I want to be clear that I am not a lawyer. I’ve made my share of mistakes on this journey and learned a lot along the way, and I’m here to share those insights with you. I know how overwhelming this process can be, but having the right information is crucial. It’s far better to understand what’s happening and be prepared than to be caught off guard, reacting in ways that may not serve your case.

Without proper knowledge, you might find yourself in a state of shock, confusion, or even a constant trauma response, which can negatively impact your ability to advocate for yourself effectively. I’m grateful to now be in a position where I can help others by sharing what I’ve learned, as well as the patterns I’ve observed in my clients.

My training, including the High Conflict Divorce Coaching Certification Program led by Tina Swithin, has equipped me to guide you through this process. I also have a Certification in Family Law (equivalent to a Paralegal certification). However, it’s important to remember that while I can help you strategize, your attorney is your legal voice. They are your advocate in court, and all strategies or tactics should always be reviewed and approved by them.

Ultimately, while I can provide support and guidance, your attorney is the final authority on all legal matters.
