A toxic person or Narcissist’s weapon of choice is verbal abuse, gaslighting, and intentional infliction of emotional pain. It is a systematic dismantling of another person’s relationships, professional reputation, emotional and physical health, and very soul. Divorce coaching helps clients regain control and prevent the divorce process from stalling out.
Our strategy sessions are customized based on your issues, goals and emotional health. As a neutral third party I am able to provide an objective perspective to improve your effectiveness and save you financially. Learning how to navigate a custody or divorce with a high conflict individual requires informed decision making about the family courts and strategic thinking based on your personal goals.

Often, your normal support team (family an friends) aren’t able to give practical guidance and feedback for a High Conflict divorce. Their focus is on what they consider fair to you, rather than the reality of the family court system and the obstacles you are truly dealing with. I can help you determine how to best focus your efforts and come up with logical strategies to help you navigate this process.

On our Clarity Call, I will learn about your case in detail do my best to explain the roadmap we will take together. I will also share as many resources as I can to help you – now – and together, we’ll create a personalized coaching plan for you.

When you’re up against a high-conflict personality or abusive ex-spouse, you need someone you can trust on your side. You and I work together through each complex challenge that shows up in your divorce journey.

1:1 coaching for a 1-hour coaching session completely tailored to you and your case. We will work one-on-one to fill your toolbox with information and strategies that will help you tackle your challenges, protect your children, and achieve your goals.

Coaching retainer include everything that 1×1 Coaching offers. The sessions can be used weekly, bi-monthly, or as needed, whatever works best for you.
